This year, ERIC 2019 will be held at the wonderful CEME Conference Centre on the outskirts of London, allowing us to accommodate even more speakers, workshops, exhibitors and guests, as well as plenty of room for demonstrations, games, creative brainstorming, meetings, installations and networking, all situated around a spacious central hub.

Transport

Parking is available at CEME Conference Centre and is free for all conference delegates.

The location is a short (5m) taxi ride from Rainham train station, which is a 15m journey from Fenchurch Street in Central London.

The 174 bus runs every 10 minutes throughout the day from the nearest tube station, Dagenham Heathway (District Line, Z5) and stops directly outside the Conference Centre.

Underground and Bus

The closest Underground station is Dagenham Heathway (District Line, Zone 5). ). Bus 174 (from Harold Hill via Romford) operates every 10 minutes and terminates at CEME. The journey time from the Heathway to CEME is approximately 15 minutes.

Train

Rainham is the closest station to CEME, and is served by the C2C train line running from Fenchurch Street to Southend. During peak time, trains running from Fenchurch Street serve Rainham Station every 15 minutes. It is then a 5 minute journey from Rainham Station to CEME by taxi.

A13 from the west – London

Leave the A13 at the Dagenham East/Hornchurch exit. Turn right at the first roundabout and at the second roundabout take the 3rd exit marked ‘Marsh Way’. CEME is the first turning on the left.

A13 from the East – M25 and Essex

Leave the A13 at the first Dagenham East/Hornchurch exit. Take the first exit on the left marked ‘Marsh Way’.

International

The CEME Campus is ideally located on the A13, one of the main East London arterial roads between London City Airport and the M25.

CEME is also accessible from London Stansted and  airports. Alternatively you can travel to London Heathrow and follow the tube, train or car advice as above.

If arriving via Eurostar, you can take the tube or train as above.
